Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 1.5kg pork ribs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500ml BBQ Sauce
- 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
1
Remove the membrane from the pork ribs and cut away the skin sheath if there is one
2
If you have a large rack of ribs, then separate the ribs so they will fit in your slow cooker
3
Make a sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl
4
Place the ribs in the slow cooker, and cover with half the sauce
5
Season generously with salt and pepper
6
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 6-7 hours or (recommended) low for 9-10 hours
7
Take the ribs out of the slow cooker and place on a baking tray and baste with the left over sauce
8
Place in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, or under the grill for 5 minutes
